Cylindrical cells cover an array of sizes including 18650, 21700, 26650, 26700, 32140, 46180, and more. These cells offer various capacity options from 2.2Ah to 34Ah, with energy and power types ranging from 3C rate to 15C rate.

 

Our prismatic cells, ranging in capacity from 40Ah to 320Ah, provide a wide range of options that are suitable for diverse battery applications. Among them are standard-size cells such as 50160-100Ah, 53173-230Ah, and 72174-280Ah. Additionally, we offer high-rate cells with exceptional longevity, boasting a cycle life of 6,000 to 8,000 times and a warranty of over 15 years.

 

For energy storage applications that demand high cycle performance and extended warranty, our pouch cells are the ideal choice. Ranging from 37Ah to 65Ah, these cells offer a cycle life of 6,000 to 8,000 times, ensuring long-lasting reliability with a warranty of over 15 years.

At ACE Battery, we have a dedicated research facility focused on material development and battery cell research. ACE Battery boasts a UL and TUV-certified safety laboratory and an exclusive battery testing base. Our testing capabilities include storage, cycle, aging, EIS, and other battery performance tests. Additionally, we can conduct rigorous safety assessments such as vibration tests, as well as tests for impact, drop, extrusion, acupuncture, thermal runaway, and hot box scenarios to evaluate battery cell safety.
